The first surprise boxes and Christmas trees from our partner Volya Association arrived in this village in the Kharkiv region, truly cut off from the world.
Here are the living conditions of these children and residents:
No school, no kindergarten, no stores (drive-thru once a week and if someone can bring fresh meat), mobile post office once a week, no no market, no hospital, no roads.
The walk to Merhik's store is 7.5 km through fields and forests.
The road to Olshany or Bogodukhov is 13.5 km.
We will do everything to bring as many surprise boxes as possible to these children, warm clothes, blankets, rice and many other things.
We are grateful to the volunteers who organized this day. They brought a little light into the lives of these people who need it so much.
